Out With the Old: Refreshing Your Department Branded Materials!

Still holding on to an old Davidson tablecloth for events because you’re not sure what to do with it– or haven’t gotten around to purchasing a new one? Do you have name tags, letterhead, or other materials featuring the previous logo?

Now that we are more than two years into our new visual identity, it’s time to update those items and ensure all materials reflect the current Davidson College brand.

• Name Tags: Contact Ryder Engraving to order updated name tags.
• Letterhead: Access department-specific letterheads here for the most up-to-date templates.
• Tablecloths: Download the primary Davidson College logo from our marketing toolbox and work with a vendor to create a new cloth. Alpha Graphics is a great option for a vendor.
• Other Solid Items: For frames and portfolios, and other solid branded items, reach out to Post & Print. Contact Liz Robinson (lirobinson@davidson.edu) for details.

A quick note on sustainability:

We understand the importance of minimizing waste. You may continue to use any paper materials with the old logo for internal purposes until they are gone. However, all external facing items– anything shared, worn or displayed publicly– should feature the updated Davidson College logo.
